According to The Old Farmer’s Almanac, the summer season ran from June 20, 2016 to today, September 22, 2016 – the 2016 Autumnal Equinox.

Huh. How fitting this is for what’s been this “season” of my life. Lots of change and chances to embark on new experiences all around, so it actually makes a lot of sense.

The first week of the summer season brought HUGE change to my life, which I entirely imposed upon myself, but it’s been worth it. I basically put myself on a summer “vacation” and I’ve taken every opportunity to fill that time with all kinds of food for my brain…and watch a ridiculous amount of television, of course. I’ve been taking in more information that I thought I could ever consume. I felt like I was a student all over again, but in a much different way that I had ever experienced. I’ve been dabbling around in the coaching and self-help world for a bit and clicking on the links in my newsfeed from time to time that actually spoke to me at the time. However, since I had this extra time on my hands, I really dug in. I exposed myself to some new food for thought from:

Do you see? I’ve been absorbing A LOT of information. I’ve been aware of most of these people and the things that they do for quite a while, but now it was time to actually think about ways to implement them into my own life.

That’s what has lead me here to create my own brand & website. I haven’t entirely decided what this is all going to look like, but I’m working on it! That said, I thought I should share more information about all of the things that I’ve been reading and working on. I can’t wait to see what else I’ll be able to share with all of you soon. Hang tight – I’m sure it’ll be a crazy & wild ride!

Also, if you’re interested, I invite you to sign up for my mailing list where I will be sharing the latest blog posts and other happenings here on the website! Don’t worry, it’s not spam!

Until next time! 🙂
